Eligible refunds

• If we cannot activate your service within 24 hours of payment.
• If the service does not work on a supported device and our support cannot fix it within 7 days of purchase.

Not eligible

• Change of mind after activation.
• Problems caused by your internet connection or an unsupported device.
• Accounts suspended for breach of our Terms of Service.

How to ask

Email with your order details within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds are sent back using the original payment method.
